Returns 
We are passionate about our brands on the farm and do everything we can to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition to you. On the odd occasion when this doesn't happen or if you would simply like to return the product, then we are here to help.

Purchased from Amazon
If you purchased the product through Amazon, then you will need to login to your Amazon account and complete their returns process.

Purchased from our Website
If you purchased the product from this website hop over to our Returns page and enter your order reference and email address. This will start the returns process. If you would prefer talk to one of the good people on the farm, then please email Tilly at tilly@ellersfarm.com or give her a call on 01904 208 063. She will talk you through what to do and hopefully get you sorted as soon as possible. If you have an issue, we need to be notified within 48 hours and the damaged or faulty goods should be returned within 7 days. On receipt a credit for the goods will be made within 28 days, or replacement/s dispatched within 7 working days. 

Deliveries
Thanks for purchasing one of our products. Your order should be with you within 2 working days for deliveries within the UK. If you haven't received your order within this time, then please log-in to your Shopify Account and you will be able to find the status there. If you checked-out as a guest and/or don't have a Shopify Account, then drop us a line and we will help out: tilly@ellersfarm.com or 01904 208 063.
