or give our team a call on 01904 208063. We will talk you through what to do and hopefully get you sorted as soon as possible. If you have an issue, we need to be notified within 48 hours and the damaged or faulty goods should be returned within 7 days. On receipt a credit for the goods will be made within 28 days, or replacement/s dispatched within 7 working days.
