Method

  1. Add the sugar, bitters and orange peel to a highball glass and muddle together.
  2. Add 25ml of the 0 Month New Make Spirit.
  3. Add ice and stir.
  4. Add the other 25ml of 0 Month New Make Spirit.
  5. Add more ice and stir.
  6. Top with soda.
  7. Garnish with orange peel twist and a mint sprig.
  8. Add a straw and enjoy.
